Women Empowered!

An energetic, no non-sense event that empowers women to fight back using easy to learn and easy to apply combat tactics and principles. Ages 13 +.  Please wear comfortable workout clothing, sneakers must be clean of debris and carried in/out to protect the training mats.  Bring a water bottle and sweat towel.  All participants MUST wear a face covering (nose & mouth).  This is a hands on training event.  Purchasing a ticket means that you understand and accept ALL LIABILTY in participating in this type of event including injury, illness and anything else considered foreseen or unforeseen from hands on physical training and do not/will not hold Central Penn Krav Maga, its coaches, heirs, members or participants liable.  We will begin the training promptly at 5:45pm and plan on ending at 7pm, however there is a chance we run over to 7:15pm.  We look forward to empowering you and bringing out your inner beast!
